Zumba, though, is more party than fitness class, set to a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms that provides a fun and effective workout. Developed in Colombia, this method combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party. It's every bit as feel-good as an 80s music video, but the leotard is optional.

Zumba, though, is more party than fitness class, set to a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms that provides a fun and effective workout. It's every bit as feel-good as an 80s music video, but the leotard is optional.
