Developed in Colombia, this method combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party. It's every bit as feel-good as an 80s music video, but the leotard is optional.

Gin and sailing are a tried and true match. At one point, the liquor was required on every Royal Navy vessel to help combat the spread of malaria amongst germ-y seamen. To test the gin's quality, the quartermaster would light a mixture of the spirit and gunpowder; if it burned with a clear flame, this was "proof" that it was of sufficient standard. This (flame-free) tasting event spotlights a liquor specialist who will walk you through the gin-making process and share their cocktail recipes.

Gin and sailing are a tried and true match. At one point, the liquor was required on every Royal Navy vessel to help combat the spread of malaria amongst germ-y seamen. To test the gin's quality, the quartermaster would light a mixture of the spirit and gunpowder; if it burned with a clear flame, this was "proof" that it was of sufficient standard. This (flame-free) tasting event spotlights a liquor specialist who will walk you through the gin-making process and share their cocktail recipes.
