Feel the Beat: Zumba Class

Zumba, though, is more party than fitness class, set to a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms that provides a fun and effective workout. Developed in Colombia, this method combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party. It's every bit as feel-good as an 80s music video, but the leotard is optional.
Acupuncture: The Alternative Medicine Workshop

After a brief history, our acupuncturist will walk you through the benefits of alternative medicine for reducing physical pain, calming stress and easing digestive conditions.
