HIIT (high-intensity interval training) is a full-body, circuit-based, fat-burning workout through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. HIIT will help get (and keep) your heart rate up and burn fat in less time, while improving your stamina and agility. It’s not for the faint of heart, but it feels so good afterwards.
